Sedgefield Place is a cluster home in a security complex, within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and lagoon. It is within walking distance to the beach, or approx 3 or 4 minutes drive. The house is 3 years old and hardly used, so all furnishing is still basically new.

The lounge offers magnificent sunsets over the George Mountains. The house is on the front row and the garden runs into a conservancy area with a pond so it is a great place for bird watching.
